I drank a lot yesterday. I had 7 or 8 beers and a glass of shochu. I felt so good that I had two glasses of shochu after I got home.
I have to moderate my drinking a little. However, even though I drank too much, my stomach did not feel bad, and I had a solid stool this morning and after lunch. It has become quite strong.
My treatment for ulcerative colitis with “Indigo naturalis” will be a year in a little over a month. It has been a long time, but it has gone by so fast.
My friend will come to my house on Sunday and we will drink again, so I will try to be moderate today and tomorrow.
