Yesterday I had some soft stools after a long time, but I have a feeling that it will heal soon.
I started using “Indigo naturalis” last year on November 24, 2008, so it has been one year since I started taking it. Since I started taking “Indigo naturalis”, I had a dramatic remission, and even though I consumed a lot of alcohol during the year-end and New Year holidays, there were no signs of relapse at all.
It is still early, but I am happy that I was able to spend 2009 in good health, and I think it was really a year of “Indigo naturalis” for me.
