We had a year-end party the day before yesterday and yesterday, and I drank quite a lot of alcohol, so I have some diarrhea.
However, the affected area does not have a shaking, bloody stools, or thick mucus in the stools, as was the case with ulcerative colitis before taking “Indigo naturalis”.
My gastrointestinal tract was not that strong to begin with, and I used to have diarrhea when I drank alcohol, so I feel that I am back to those days. It is not like a relapse.
I drink at least one cup of coffee a day now, but there seems to be no problem.
I will continue to drink frequently during the year-end and New Year’s holidays until around January 4, so I will take “Indigo naturalis” and Pentasa (2 tablets x 3 times).
