I had been drinking alcohol for three days during the New Year’s holiday. As expected, I had diarrhea-like symptoms. However, the frequency of defecation was normal, about twice a day.
Today, January 4, I did not drink alcohol and returned to a healthy lifestyle. I had about four bowel movements, three in the morning and three at noon, but the one at night was solid to some extent. He seems to be recovering quickly.
Recently, there has been no bloody stools at all.
If I had not met “Indigo naturalis,” my trip home for the New Year’s holidays would have been very difficult. It is really wonderful to be able to eat delicious food.
