Last night we had shabu-shabu at home.
It has been more than 2 years since we had it at our house. It was delicious.
I ate a lot of meat and opened a bottle of red wine with my wife, but so far I have no problem with my stomach. By the way, I had two bowel movements yesterday, and there was no bloody stool.
Next time, I am going to try a tsugetsu nabe…
