The upper limit of Pentasa was 2,250 mg daily dosage, but the efficacy of 4,000 mg daily dosage seems to have been proven overseas, and KYORIN Pharmaceutical Co. has obtained approval for additional dosage. This may move up the symptoms of transition to steroids a little.
