I missed yesterday’s Indigo naturalis dose diary.
Yesterday and today, my bowels are in good condition. Yesterday I had three bowel movements, and today I had one by noon.
Naturally, there is no bleeding. The shape is solid and firm, so there is no problem.
About a month ago, she had a little constipation-like loose bowels, but recently she has not had any at all.
Compared to when I had a bad case of ulcerative colitis (about 10 stools a day), a healthy frequency of bowel movements (1-3 times a day) is constipation, right?
I wonder if my bowels are finally getting used to a healthy stool retention time.
As for the medication, I have been busy for the past three days and have not taken it at lunchtime.
This is a little different from my plan, but I am going to try to stop taking it at noon.
So, I am currently taking 1 Pentasa, 1 Biofermin, and 2 grams of “Indigo naturalis” in the morning and at night.
I plan to stop taking Pentasa and Biofermin by the end of this month.
