Thanks to “Indigo naturalis” today, my bowels are in good condition.
I had one bowel movement during the day and one at night. Both are healthy stools.
It’s been 4 days since I stopped taking the medicine at lunchtime and there has been no change.
I feel so much better because I don’t have to carry my medicine case (I used to use a government cigar case) when I go out.
I thought I was cured perfectly. I would think so, but I would like to proceed with the withdrawal of the medication only cautiously.
