Today my ulcerative colitis continues to be in remission.
I had one bowel movement at noon. The shape is firm, and there is no lower blood.
We had dinner out at an izakaya (Japanese style pub) today. I had 3 or 4 glasses of beer and fried food, so I may have a little soft stool tomorrow.
Well, I am happy to be able to drink and eat at an izakaya without worrying about ulcerative colitis. I thought about it again.
