Today my ulcerative colitis continues to be in remission.
Yesterday, I had some soft stools, but today I had two firm bowel movements so far.
Of course, no bleeding.
My symptoms seem to have stabilized considerably. I hardly (if at all) have any symptoms of ulcerative colitis, but if I drink alcohol, I have soft stools the next day. This has been the same since I was a college student. There doesn’t seem to be any particular problem.
