I drank a lot of alcohol yesterday (about 5 draft beers), so I had some soft stools today. The frequency was twice at noon. As usual, there was no blood in the stool. Even though it was a soft stool, it seemed to be close to normal, so I think it will recover by tomorrow.
It is continuing to loosen up today. Dinner was “beef stewed in red wine,” which my wife made with a new pressure cooker she bought. I am very thankful that my ulcerative colitis is in remission and that I have more variety in my cooking.
If I have a job that allows me to lead a reasonably normal life, good food, and good sake, I am really happy, I realize once again.
