The following is a description of yesterday’s condition. She is still in remission.
There was only one bowel movement at noon. The volume was large, the shape was firm, and of course, there was no bleeding at the bottom of the stool.
I guess I was a little constipated with one bowel movement for a couple of days, but this morning I had a significant amount first thing in the morning, lol.
So far, stopping the Pentasa has had absolutely no effect on my ulcerative colitis. I guess the next step is to reduce the dose of “Indigo naturalis” from twice a day to once a day. I would like to see how he is doing for about a month after stopping Pentasa, and if he is stable, I would like to give it a try. I will be very cautious.
