When I drink alcohol these days, I drink very deeply.
Yesterday, I ate a lot of raw food and drank too much beer, so I had some diarrhea today.
However, I have no symptoms of ulcerative colitis at all, just diarrhea. Just to be safe, I took a small dose of “Indigo naturalis” after a long time.
Tomorrow I will go on an early vacation. I will enjoy good food, sake, and the sea.
Well, it would have been a tough trip if my ulcerative colitis had not been cured. I am really glad that my ulcerative colitis is in remission.
