Work has settled down and I had a three-day weekend as per the calendar until yesterday.
In addition to the summer vacation, I had been drinking alcohol every day during this three-day weekend, so as expected, I had diarrhea continuously yesterday. I had diarrhea four times, which I have not had for quite a while.
I took “Indigo naturalis” this morning just in case. I would like to moderate my diet a little. But beer is good on a hot day, isn’t it?
