I haven’t had “Indigo naturalis” in a while, and I have a strong itch near my anus (lol).
It’s itchy, itchy, itchy………………..no, I can’t work.
I had 3 soft stools by this evening, but they are slowly becoming more and more solid.
I’m going to have drinks with my old work friends on Friday this week, so I’m going to try to eat healthier today and tomorrow.
