This week I had a drink with a friend on Tuesday (about 4 or 5 beers) and did not have any soft stools at all.
If anything, my stools are hard. Maybe that’s why my butt hurts a little like hemorrhoids.
In the past (I’m only 30 years old…), I used to be fine no matter how hard my stools were, but it does get weaker, lol.
Anyway, my ulcerative colitis is still in remission today thanks to the “Indigo naturalis” effect.
