Yesterday and today were days of physical labor for the company’s office relocation.
In the past, when I had severe symptoms of ulcerative colitis, physical exertion such as work or sports definitely caused diarrhea and blood loss, but recently I have had no problems at all.
The new office is clean and more convenient to commute to than before, so I think it will be even less stressful for me.
