Treatment experiment “Indigo naturalis” (Seitai) dose_first day

I started taking “Indigo naturalis” (Seitai) on November 24, 2008.

I found several reports on certain websites and blogs that Indigo naturalis (Seitai) had relieved ulcerative colitis, and I decided to give it a try. Of course, “Indigo naturalis” is not a drug, but simply an herbal medicine, so there is no medical promise of efficacy. I took it at my own discretion and responsibility based on the information I had gathered, and I have no intention of recommending others to do the same. In the unlikely event that you experience any serious side effects from taking this herbal medicine, there is no compensation whatsoever.

I purchased 500 grams of “Indigo naturalis” on the internet.

I searched the Internet and found the lowest price of 4,850 yen, including tax and shipping.

It is a very fine powder, and I transferred it from a bag to a bottle for storage.

I will be taking about 2g after each meal. Probably about 1/2 teaspoon.

That means 6g per day, so 500g would be enough for 83 days and 1 dose.

It tastes like crustacean shells such as prawns crushed into pieces, and to me it tastes very bad.

In my case, I take “Indigo naturalis” with 9 pentasa tablets, 3 biofermin tablets, and 1 pentasa intravenous.” If it is just to test the effectiveness of “Indigo naturalis”, I should probably stop the other medications, but my current symptoms are so bad that I don’t have the courage to cut out the other medications and just take “Indigo naturalis”.

Currently, I have diarrhea about 10 times a day, more than half of which are bloody stools, which is not very good. I am looking forward to seeing how my symptoms will change.
