The date has changed, but I will record the state of my bowels today (yesterday).
I had a lot of bowel movements today, partly because I was home from work. I had 4 bowel movements in the morning and at noon.
The shape is normal and there is no bleeding, etc.
Is it possible that being at home is more relaxing and causes more bowel movements?
When I had severe symptoms of ulcerative colitis, I had surprisingly few bowel movements, perhaps because I was nervous when I was outside. Well, I often had a lot of abdominal pain on the way home (just before I arrived home).
I am happy now just to not have that fear.
