One bowel movement today as of 3pm. The shape was almost perfect.
Of course there is no blood loss.
Yesterday, I was a little surprised because I had four bowel movements after writing this blog, but it seemed to be just diarrhea.
After all, having experienced ulcerative colitis once, I thought, “No way, a flare-up…?” I was scared to death. For the time being, I have to lead a life that does not put a burden on my intestines by drinking alcohol or having diarrhea continuously.
