Today my ulcerative colitis is still in remission.
I had 3 bowel movements today, with slightly soft stools. No bleeding.
Lately, because of my work, I often have Fridays and Saturdays off, but on my days off, I have more bowel movements, and my stools are a little softer.
I had yakiniku for dinner today and ate some hormone such as marinated pork.
It had been a while since I had eaten hormone, and it was delicious.
I am a little worried because I have a drinking party tomorrow, but so far there is no discomfort in the affected area.
