I forgot to record this yesterday, but my bowel movements were the same as normal, twice, and healthy.
In the evening, I had a drink with a senior employee of my old company. About 4 beers. That didn’t seem to have any particular effect on me, and I had two bowel movements today, which were very healthy.
I had another good event at work this evening, so I had one drink with a much older coworker, and when I got home, I opened a bottle of wine with my wife.
I have been drinking a little too much lately, so I should probably cut back a bit.
