I have not been able to update my blog very often.
My ulcerative colitis has been on the mend recently without any problems. I had a lot of opportunities to drink a little alcohol during the farewell party season, so I had to increase the amount of “Indigo naturalis”, so my buttocks are a little itchy, lol.
The day after I drink, I have some soft stools, but I usually recover the next day.
This weekend is my first endoscopy in a year. I have to spend one day out of 365 for this, which is the saga of an ulcerative colitis patient.
