I am still on vacation on a southern island.
I have been drinking the day before yesterday, yesterday, and of course today, and have had no bloody stools or any other symptoms of a flare-up.
Just to be safe, I have brought 4 tablets of “Indigo naturalis” in edible capsules. I drank quite a lot of beer yesterday, so I took one tablet just in case.
Thanks to “Indigo naturalis” I am enjoying my vacation.
