Until I met “Indigo naturalis” (Seitai).

I would like to share with you how I overcame (or more accurately, endured) a period of severe symptoms before I found “Indigo naturalis” (seitai).

I had to run to the bathroom almost 10 times a day, and there was a lot of blood in my stools.

First of all, as for food, I ate udon or porridge at home. At work and when I was out and about, I ate Widerin Jelly, about two pieces per meal. After meals, I took all kinds of things: medicine, kefir, shiso oil supplements, Bifine M, sprouted barley. As expected, after about 3 days of this lifestyle, the symptoms subsided a bit. I do not enjoy eating, though, so I feel quite blue mentally.

Now that my symptoms are completely controlled by “Indigo naturalis”, I miss this experience and am truly thankful for my health.
