Kampo Medicine at Hiroshima Clinic

Many people have written that their ulcerative colitis has been relieved by the Chinese herbal medicine prescribed by Dr. Amano at the Hiroshima Clinic.

I personally believe that the main ingredient of this Kampo medicine is “Indigo naturalis”.

As I wrote before, the main ingredients of the Hiroshima Clinic’s herbal medicine seem to be the following five.

Ivory shavings” is made from powdered elephant tusks, and “Indigo naturalis” is made from the tusks of elephants.

Indigo naturalis” is blue eyebrow taint.

Pearl” is powdered pearls.

Bovine huang” is a stone formed in the internal organs of cows.

Bingbing” is refined camphor from camphor tree.

This is a summary of information on the Hiroshima Clinic’s Chinese herbal medicine from various blogs and other sources.

We developed the Chinese herbal medicine in cooperation with a pharmaceutical company.

More than 500 people are currently using this Kampo medicine.

We developed the Chinese medicine as an alternative to leukocyte removal therapy.

There have been only a few people for whom it has not worked.

Chinese herbal medicine is mostly fiber, so it is not absorbed and is expelled as stool.

The main ingredient is something like radish leaves.

Detailed ingredients cannot be disclosed, but it is widely used in the Chinese medical community.

Since it is not approved, it is not covered by insurance, but it is inexpensive at 50 yen per unit.

If you are allergic to the plant, you may experience symptoms (side effects) such as stomach pain, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and nausea.

The effect will be seen in about 2 weeks after taking it, and if it does not work after 2 months, you should discontinue taking it.

At first, try taking 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule before sleep.

Continue taking the herbal medicine until the patient is no longer taking other medications, and then reduce the dosage according to the patient’s condition.

At first, 200 capsules will be prescribed and mailed to you when you e-mail us.

You will be asked to record your symptoms after taking the herbal medicine in an excel file every day and report back to me every two weeks or so via email.

It will take a few more years (a decade or so) for the ingredients of this Kampo medicine to be extracted and approved for sale as a Western medicine.

Dr. Amano says that the main ingredient of Chinese herbal medicine is “something like daikon leaves”, which makes me think that the main ingredient is “Indigo naturalis”. This expression also makes me think that the main ingredient is “Indigo naturalis”. The way it works is also very similar.

In my case, I could not afford the time to go to Hiroshima, so I used “Indigo naturalis” for the time being and got a dramatic effect, but if I lived closer to Hiroshima, I might have tried the herbal medicine of Hiroshima Clinic.
